Tell me about you?
I am currently a student at probably the most open minded university in London, Goldsmiths. I study Media and English but my passion is fashion, I love the fashion world, I find clothes beautiful and the most interesting way to express one self. People would describe me as a good listener, happy, ambitious and outgoing, probably mostly creative, I definitely don’t have much of the mathematic and scientific side of my brain going on, for me the world is all about art, and expression!!!!! i have to be around others, friends, family always, because I’m a thinker and i can think to much if I am in my own company plus i love to be in the company of others.
What was your first experience of modeling?
My first experience of modelling was to promote a photographers portfolio, he hadn’t worked with many models before so he needed someone who could help him as well as take good shots, i loved it and i learned to be motivated in front of the camera instead of passive.
What is the biggest tip you would give to a newbie in model?
Be active, confident, healthy and hardworking, but have fun all at the same time. Don’t think of your shoot as a chore.
What is the thing you are most proud of?
My older brother, and his endless passion and ambition to become an actor.
What do you do to improve the world?
I think the world is too caught up in warring against other countries, i think they need to realise that no matter what country we live in, we are all on this earth to inhabit peacefully, and to make conflict which doesn’t need to be there is pointless. The world needs to continue towards liberal mindedness, and accept everyone, there is no room for exclusion and bullying and it’s time that violence and hatred stopped. It’s unnecessary and socially unhealthy.
What is one thing about you that not many people know?
I have a phobia of moths

An Interview with Model Gabriella Mattina of 365hangers

Tell me about you?
I’m simply a college student that models for a new company (modeing agency)(launching in tentative two weeks) called http://www.365hangers.com. I study Italian and Cinema (my two passions), but I try to do anything artistic. I paint, I play guitar, I write songs, I dance—anything to express myself! Maybe that’s why I’m so happy and optimistic. My anger gets flushed through guitar chords or splashes of paint on canvas.
What was your first experience of modeling?
My first real experience of modeling is with the company I’m working with now! The 365hangers team picked me up and shaped me into a model. There’s six of us girls. The whole concept of the company is that each model sells/models a new outfit each day. So everyday you can expect a new outfit on each model that will be available for purchase. Did I mention it’s free to sign up and it’s discount designer clothes that we’re selling? Also, it’s a great group of people and the chemistry between the other models is amazing! They are all such great girls. I adore them all. The photographer, Evan Lane, is INCREDIBLE.
What was your first experience of social media?
My very first experience was when I was sixteen. Seventeen magazine asked me to do an on-camera interview Paris Hilton for their website. It was an interesting experience. I went in with a list of questions to ask her and her publicist drew a line through 75% of them in effort to protect Paris, I guess. I has some juicy questions! Why sensor the truth?
What is the biggest tip you would give to a newbie in model?
I still consider myself quite the newbie. The best tip I would give would definitely be: Don’t let anyone change you. A haircut is fine, but if they ask you to drop 25 sizes (exaggeration of course) then it’s time to ditch the gig. My best advice for ANY aspiring model is be confident. If you’re not confident…fake it!
What is the biggest tip you would give to a newbie in social media?
Don’t let it rule you. I’m kind of sickened by the dependency everyone—including myself—has on social media. Socializing is done through webcams rather than face to face and THAT, my friends, makes me miss the 90s.
What do you do to improve the world?
Smile. It sounds absolutely ridiculous, but I pass too many people on the street that suffer from pessimism and live in a seemingly existentialist world.
What do you do that is green?
I use reusable bags.
I always turn lights off when they’re unneeded and I never abuse my air conditioner.
I don’t leave anything plugged in that’s not being used.
I carpool whenever possible. Unfortunately California doesn’t have the best metro systems (probably due to earthquakes) and the busses aren’t frequent enough to make taking them easy so I carpool and/or walk whenever necessary!
What is one thing about you that not many people know?
Well I’m currently at university and I must say…I’m a total school-oriented nerd. I like getting good grades and studying doesn’t depress me as much as it does other people. Learning makes you a more interesting and cultural person!!! I love it!
What’s your favourite book?
Survivor by Chuck Palahniuk
It’s a wonderfully exciting, intellectual, intense and honest novel.
What is on your iPod?
Mainly indie rock and folk rock, jazz (I used to tour with a jazz ensemble in my teens), a lot of classic rock (I grew up with The Beatles and The Beach Boys), and some Andrea Bocelli. Hey, what else am I going to listen to when I’m cooking Italian food?
What are your contact details (email, company, blog, facebook, myspace, forums, etc)?
Gabriella@365hangers.com
My company: http://365hangers.com
Facebook: Gabriella Mattina
Twitter: Gabriella365
How do you prefer to communicate?
Face to face, mostly. Technologically speaking: phone calls or text messages are most convenient!
Who would you recommend, and why?
Celeste Hangers, Mia Schiano, Taylor Ross, Alana Dillon… because they are my fellow models on the site!!
What is one thing people can do for you?
Follow me on twitter, add me as a friend on Facebook, check out my company’s website, and check out my short film that I made for the company (it’s on the company’s main page!)
Thank you Model Gabriella Mattina of 365hangers
Kate Moss Biography
Kate Moss is one of the most famous supermodels in the industry despite the fact that she is only 5′7″. Her well documented and scandalous cocaine incident at a London studio nearly destroyed her career. Read on for all the scoop on model Kate Moss modeling agency.
It all started after rocker boyfriend, Jamie Hince presented her a Steinway for her 35th birthday. A very pricey gift (it costs around £26,000) considering the model can’t play single note.
Moss became one of the most popular models of the 1990s, appearing in hundreds of magazine spreads and in popular ads for Klein and Versace among others.
Moss’s long-running romance with actor Johnny Depp ended in 1998…
Now that she’s dating “The Kills”’ guitarist Jamie Hince, her passion for music must have increased by the tenfold. If ever Hince and Moss break up, I’m sure no one would be surprised if she started dating a drummer.
After her parents’ separation, Moss and her younger brother, Nick, are split up (13-year-old Moss lives with their mother, 8-year-old Nick stays with dad). The following year, on her way back from the Bahamas, 14-year-old Moss is spotted during a layover at JFK airport in New York by modeling scout Sarah Doukas. ”She had a kind of ethereal look about her, a translucency and such phenomenal bone structure,” Doukas tells PEOPLE.
Right now, her music plans shouldn’t be taken too seriously. Hince has promised to teach her to play the Steinway and hopes that in the future they’ll be able to play together.
She made her first appearance on the cover of a British magazine, The Face. Her look afterwards, has been familiar since she became the covers of some famous magazines, namely Elle, Allure, Vogue, and Arena. However, it was the US magazine, Haper’s Bazaar that led her into the international fashion area.
Aside from the piano, Hince also bought the supermodel a ring and two artworks by Paris artist Andre.
According to a source close to Moss, Andre will spray Kate’s name and do an abstract portrait of her on the walls of her house. Talk about a sweet celebrity couple. Cross your fingers for Kate, guys. This might just be the real thing.
George Clooney News
Secured the 6th place in Entertainment Weekly’s Entertainer of the Year list by 2006, movie star George Clooney was next tapped to star in “Michael Clayton.”
Of thriller genre, which Tony Gilroy wrote and directing, the flick centers on a New York attorney who learns that after 15 years of cleaning up his high profile clients problems, they can come back to haunt you, in what will be the last and worst days of his career. Cast alongside Tom Wilkinson, Tilda Swinton and Sydney Pollack, Clooney also was giving hand at producing.
Kept busy with the principal photography of the project which was begun in January the same year, he gloriously picked the fruit of his hard work in film industry when his name was mentioned to bring home the award for Best Performance by an Actor In A Supporting Role in a Motion Picture category through his film “Syriana” at the 63rd annual Golden Globe Awards held in the 16th date of the same month and year.
The actor, who played Danny Ocean in Ocean’s Eleven (2001) and Ocean’s Twelve (2004), also tried his hand in directing.
He helmed and acted in 2002’s Confessions of a Dangerous Mind and 2005’s Good Night, and Good Luck.
In 2001 he won his first Golden Globe award for Best Actor in a Comedy for his performance in the film O Brother, Where Art Thou? (2000). More recently, he decided to not only play a role in, but also made his directorial debut with the independent film Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (2002), then followed that up with Good Night, and Good Luck (2005).
One of People (USA) magazine’s “50 Most Beautiful People in the World” (1996), Clooney was also on People Magazine’s “Top 50 Bachelors” (2002) and “10 Top Sexiest Men” (2003) lists.
In 1982 he moved to Los Angeles and spent a whole year worked hard to get a role while he slept in his friend’s closet.
n a more personal note, Clooney, who was once married to actress Talia Balsam and says will never get married again nor have any children, was linked to several beauties. He once dated Lisa Snowdon (British model and TV presenter, b. 1974; dated 2000 to June 2005), Traylor Howard (actress; b. June 14, 1966; dated in 2000), Brooke Langton (actress; b.
